People around the globe know Nassan Ibrahim as a noted Pastor, teacher, and the author of Uganda's Messianic Moslem. But there is much more to the story of the man and ministry now impacting the world with the life-saving message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.!

Humble Beginnings
As a former Moslem, In 1983 Nassan Ibrahim ’s life took on an entirely new meaning when he surrendered his heart and life to Jesus Christ.

Following his conversion he begged God to allow him to take this good news to other Muslims in Uganda. Currently the senior pastor of Daystar Cathedral in Mbarara. He has personally established two other larger churches and is the overseer of over 200 additional churches.

Nassan Ibrahim : Over 25 Years as Pastor, Teacher and Author

The ministry began with his first small church in Lake Katwe. He graduated from Karen Bible College in Nairobi, Kenya 1990 and continued to minister at Lake Katwe. In 1996 he established and constructed Grace Cathedral in Kasese, now having over 1200 members

In 2002 The Lord gave him a vision to begin Grace Radio, the first Christian Radio station in Western Uganda. This station now transmits the gospel throughout a 200 mile radius in Western Uganda, Tanzania and Congo, reaching 8 to 9 million people. He believes that God is leading him to add additional towers to extend Grace Radio's influence to an additional 2 million people. In July 2006 open air crusades were begun to establish Daystar Cathedral in Mbarara. The current congregation of 3,000 is presently completing the large permanent Daystar church home in its finishing construction phase.

Nassan Ibrahim’s ministry is also engaged in children’s homes, and poverty relief projects.

Taking the Saving and Healing Power of Jesus Christ to the World

Today, Nassan continues to take the message of God’s saving and healing power to the world. Memorable crusades have included big audiences. During recent years, he has been welcomed and preached during his travels to countries like Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Africa, Zambia, Nigeria, Norway, England, and the United States of America, yet his message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ continues to be fervent, motivating him to “go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 15:15).

After more than 25 years in ministry as a teacher and apostle, Nassan Ibrahim remains committed, more than ever, to preaching the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching the unchanging Word of God, and grooming many young missionaries!
