Outreach Projects: Nakivale

In 2002 We orginally went to Nakivale camp to preach the gospel. However, once we arrived we were overwhelmed with the dire conditions and the desperate needs of these displaced peoples.

These refugees having been torn from their homelands by war now fight just to survive. Their needs are the most basic things like food, water, shelter and medicine. Our hearts are broken for these whose situation is so urgent. We are compelled to do something to make things even just a little bit better.

We have constructed 100 small houses for families of 4, provided each family with a bible, blankets and urgently needed mosquito nets to avoid malaria. We will continue to aid these refugees as funds become available.
